Hello!
I’d like to get an idea of how much I should charge for residential drafting services.
I will be a contractor. The projects will be half single family homes and other half being residential multi family homes (townhouses/row houses/duplex).
Currently I work in Seattle.
Scope of work: Site plan, floor plans, elevations, section cut, detail sheet, and notes...Basically a full set of residential Construction drawings.
