[Ask] What are some of your favorites in projects in sustainable design?architecture

I am choosing a building for a case study analysis in my graduate level Sustainability in Architecture course.

Would love to hear some ideas on possibly obscure but well documented buildings that contributed to the forward thinking of sustainability. What are your favorites? This is one of mine but a class mate took it already.
